Will you find tenants for my property?

Yes, this is part of our overall HMO professional service.

Your job is to collect an agreed sum of rent each month.

How much will my property lease for?

This will be determined by the current market rates as well as the condition of the property.

All figures will be agreed and written into your contract with Method Property Solutions.

Who handles maintenance calls?

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.

What do I have to do as the owner?

Very little!

You will meet with us, we will appraise the property and discuss a monthly amount to be paid to you, by us, each month. We handle the rest from there including taking care of essential HMO requirements.

We also offer a 'New HMO Landlord Service' where will help property owners wanting to start an HMO investment.

Method Property Solutions is based in Northern Ireland, we cover Belfast and The North Coast areas currently.
